Contactless signing in for all parents and carers on game days

All parents and carers must register their attendance at all junior rugby league games. Signing in at game days is a requirement so that if there is any further breakouts locally, NSW Health can conduct contact investigations. It is also a compliance requirement for the Junior Rugby League to exist in the current environment. Please note that coaches will register the participation of all junior players separately during pre-match warm-up.

There are 3 ways parents and carers can register their attendance at any junior rugby league ground on game day:
1) Scan the QR code using your smartphone which will be at all grounds on game
2) Use the link : https://www.cognitoforms.com/NSWRL11/AttendanceRegisterGroup7JuniorRugbyLeague
3) Fill out the attendance book

Please remember:
- One parent/carer per player
- All spectators must social distance - 1 person per 4 square metres. Stay at least 1.5m apart.
- Use the perimeter of the field to spread out.
- Canteen will be open. Please que as per social distancing requirements.
- All players to bring there own water bottles.

stay safe and
